General terms
Deliveries within the Nordic region take place in accordance with Teknikföretagen's general regulations NL17 and Svensk Ventilation supplement VU20.

Prices / Payment terms
Our prices include packaging, excluding VAT. Cost for pallet and shipping will be added.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The stated prices in quotations / orders apply with reservation for price changes and for any material deficiencies in the supplier stage that occur after the quotation / order's print date and until the delivery date. Terms of payment: 30 days net. After the due date, default interest is charged at 15%.

Retention of title
The product remain in the ownership of the seller until a full payment of the purchase have been done.

Delivery terms
If no delivery clause has been specifically agreed, delivery will take place in accordance with FCA. Shipping is charged with actual cost.

Returns
Items that don´t belong to ABC's stock range are only credited if the seller accepts the return. In the case of a return of goods, a return deduction of 25% is made on the invoiced price, unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints
The buyer must notify the seller in writing of defects as soon as the defect has appeared and no later than before the warranty period has expired. The seller decides how the complaint may be resolved. The buyer is not entitled to compensation if measures have been taken without approval from the seller. Compensation in the event of complaints is made in accordance with Teknikföretagen's general regulations NL17 and Svensk Ventilation supplement VU20. If the buyer complains and it doesn´t turn out to be a fault for which the seller is responsible, the seller has the right to compensation for the work and costs caused by the complaint. Complained goods may not be returned to ABC without their consent.

Inspection
The buyer's inspection shall include reconciliation of received goods against delivery note and inspection of visible damage. Any deviations must be reported to the carrier when the goods are acknowledged. Any remarks should be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Warranty period
ABC Ventilationsprodukter AB general product warranty is valid for 24 months (2 years) from the delivery date, however no longer than30 months (2 years) from production date. The customer is responsible for products manufactured according to the customer's instructions product design, function and service life.

Warranty terms
If it´s a handling error or incorrectly set / incorrectly installed or incorrectly dimensioned product, the buyer must bear the cost himself. The product warranty does not apply to defects that occur during or after the buyers own change in the product's function and appearance.
